ImportOS

Platform for car import brokers

The operating system for your car imports

A CRM for leads and deals, a margin calculator next to the lot with a Chrome extension, client tracking under your brand and AI search across dozens of sources. All in one place.

Calculations rely on dated customs rules with links to sources. Anything we could not confirm from an official source is flagged right in the calculation.

ImportOS is in development: these pages describe capabilities as defined by the product specification, and each part carries an "In development" or "Beta" badge. Self-service sign-up and the trial already work, but some features may not be available yet.

Brokers lose margin on avoidable details

Importing a car means dozens of cost lines and hundreds of small tasks. Every manual step is a chance to get it wrong.

  • A calculator in your head and in Excel

Auction fees, ocean freight, port, duty, excise, VAT: a separate sheet for every lot. One wrong row eats your margin.

  • Bidding by feel

Without a reverse calculation it is hard to know up to which bid a lot still gives the margin you need. The auction will not wait while you recalculate.

  • "Where is my car?"

Every client call costs a manager minutes. The information exists, but it sits in chats, spreadsheets and your logistician's head.

  • Dozens of sites to search

Sourcing for one client means hours of browser tabs. When a source changes its layout, you may not even notice.

A neutral lot card and the Margin panel. Change the bid, the country or the resale price: the calculation is live and runs on the same functions as the product.

Calculation warnings: 3
  • Rate "ua.registration_blanks_plates" is not confirmed by an official source — check before paying. Бланк свідоцтва 606 + номерні знаки 350 грн — лише вторинне джерело (hsc.gov.ua віддає 403).
  • Rate "ua.registration_expert_examination" is not confirmed by an official source — check before paying. Сума 10.2% ПМ = 339.46 грн — з п. 36-3 КМУ 795, але обовʼязковість для вживаного імпорту і ПДВ на послугу НЕ підтверджено.
  • Logistics and services use TYPICAL tariffs — replace them with your own in tenant settings.

Rules: UA@2026-01-01. Confidence in the calculation: 54%. Demo exchange rates and typical tariffs, not an offer; the resale price is your assumption (in the Pro extension this is a market estimate).

The Chrome extension only reads lot parameters from a page you opened yourself under your own login. How it works

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the extension sign in to my auction account?

No. The extension only reads lot parameters from a page you opened yourself under your own login: it does not sign in for you and does not bypass any protection. Only lot parameters are sent to the server, never the page HTML.

How accurate is the calculation?

Customs formulas come from dated rules with links to laws and official pages. Rates we could not confirm from an official source are flagged with a warning in the calculation. Logistics and services use your tariffs; typical values are flagged as well.

How much does it cost?

Starter $29 a month, Pro $79, Business $199. The first 14 days are free. See the pricing page for details.

How is my company's data protected?

By design each company works in its own tenant, and the database enforces data isolation (row-level security by tenant_id). The final data processing terms are described in the draft documents under Legal.

When can I sign up?

Right now: create an account with an email link and we will prepare a workspace with demo data and a first-steps checklist. Some features are still in development, so each product page shows its status.
