Capabilities
What the client sees
Status without a call
- A stage timeline: completed, current, upcoming with an approximate date
- A map with the port or vessel position from container tracking, or the location by stage
- Stage changes appear on the page without a reload
Photos, documents, payment
- Public photos of the car that you marked for the client
- Documents to download, if you allow it
- The next payment with a pay button and the manager's contact
Notifications
- Subscribe via Telegram, Viber or email in one click
- A "share" button for relatives
- An OG card with a photo and the stage for messengers
Privacy
- An unguessable token in the link and request rate limiting
- It does not show the lot price or your margin: only what you marked as public
- An invalid token shows a neutral page that leaks nothing
- The basic view works without JavaScript
Your brand
- The address track.<your domain>, or entry by VIN or deal number
- Your logo, colors and contacts
- Fast loading on mobile: a Lighthouse target of at least 95
How it works
How to set it up
- 1
Set up your brand
Logo, colors, contacts and the domain for tracking pages.
- 2
Choose what is public
Mark the photos, documents and payments the client may see. Everything else stays hidden.
- 3
Send the link
The client opens it without registering and subscribes to updates in a messenger.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Will the client see my margin?
No. The page does not show the lot price or margin, only the fields you marked as public.
Does the client need to register?
No. A personal link, or entering the VIN or deal number, is enough.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Track under your brand is included in the Pro and Business plans; a custom domain is in Business.
Where does the car position data come from?
From container tracking (port and vessel) or from the location implied by the deal stage. If there is no carrier data, we show an approximate stage rather than an invented position.
